| Enterprise |  Over the years, Produit de d’érable St-Ferdinand B has developped various products, as you will see when visiting our boutique located in the front of our plant. There you can taste: granulated sugar, raw sugar, decoration sugar, in-between, and crunchy bites. Other favourites include maple syrup, taffy, butter, pies, caramel, and sugarloaves. Also, maple and chocolate candies, taffy and maple butter cones as well as lollipops are available at our boutique. For the restaurant industry, we recently launched the granulated maple sugar, delicious with coffee.
We greet all our visitors with maple candies and various tastings, a tradition which is always most appreciated.
|  | | The maple syrup conversion experts |  The maple syrup conversion experts at Produit de d’érable St-Ferdinand B started their operations on a small scale in 1989, but production soon took an industrial orientation.
Our main activity consists in producing maple sugar under multiple forms, such as granulated sugar or nuggets which include raw sugar, decoration sugar, in-between, and crunchy bites. Only pure maple syrup is used when producing maple sugar.
| | | Products |  Our maple sugar is sold in different formats: small 250 g and 500 g containers, and 1 lb, 10 lb, and 25 lb bags. It is used for various products: cookies, cakes, waffles, “piroulines”, dessert decoration, and ice cream mix.
The year 2000 was marked by the expansion of our plant as its surface was doubled. The plant now has a greater capacity for maple sugar production. Also, our business has undertaken a HACCP certification program in addition to its kosher certification. This means an enhanced protection for our clients as such certification provides us with both rigorous control and good traceability of our products.
| | | Glass bottles |  For some years now, and in addition to the food component, our business has been devoting itself to decorating glass bottles by baking decals at very high temperature. As maple syrup containers, these bottles can be customized with the effigy of any desired company, image or logo.
